6 Classes of Fire

Following on from our previous blog on the different types of fire extinguishers, we have put together a graphic to help explain the 6 classes of fire.  For businesses, it is important to make sure your fire extinguishers are suitable for the premises and its activities. For domestic households, a water mist extinguisher is usually enough for most situations, but for extra protection in the kitchen, a fire blanket and a small wet chemical extinguisher is recommended. Please ensure your fire extinguishers are serviced regularly.
